"Karel Tomeï (Rotterdam, 1941) is een Nederlands fotograaf die is gespecialiseerd in luchtfotografie. Hij publiceerde verschillende boeken met luchtfoto's van Nederland en België. Verder fotografeerde hij de Antillen en Zuid-Afrika vanuit de lucht.
